Terms & Conditions Of Salvage Part & Accessories Sales

Salvage Items are parts and or accessories removed from dismantled boats.

These items carry no warranty unless specified.

Items will have to be picked up at store location in Roanoke, TX

We reserve the right to refuse to ship any item.

All sales are final. 15 day exchange / return policy on faulty and misrepresented parts only. There are no extended warranties. You must contact us within 15 days after your part has been delivered to have us approve a return.

There are no returns on electronics and or ignition parts.

We only allow returns on faulty or misrepresented parts. Please call or contact our parts staff to make sure our part will fit your application.

Sorry no returns for compatibility problems or on electronic ignition parts.

All parts returned will be exchange for the same part only. If a substitute part is not available then a refund will be issued.

No returns on altered, Disassembled, Over heated, Or parts without our shop markings. Our parts must be returned with our markings intact or no refund.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping / freight costs are non refundable.

There is no reimbursement for any labor or warranty.

No cash refunds. All deposits are forfeited after 30 days.

Any damage claims are to be made at the time of delivery with shipping provider.

Engines / motor assemblies are understood to consist of a short block and cylinder heads. Any parts left on the engine assembly are included (no charge and carry no warranty) what so ever. Purchaser may use or discard at his option. These parts are not covered under any warranty. Engines are guaranteed against having rod knocks, Cracked blocks.

Transmissions, Lower units, Outdrives, And jet pumps are guaranteed to work properly. Gears are guaranteed to be in good usable condition and bearings are guaranteed to not be noisy.
